Meaning - A result or decision that is not yet clearly determined or decided.

Examples:

*Now the baseball score is 7-7, seems as if it is a toss up.

"The early bird catches the worm."

Meaning: The person who arrives first will most likely be the one who succeeds or gets what they want.

Example:

Billy: I want to sit in the front seat of the car.

Joey: No, I got here first.
